Freed Homes are a fast-growing, privately-owned developer of homes in North Wales. Incorporated in 2019, we have a reputation for building outstanding homes that exude individuality, style, and sustainability.
Freed Homes LTD was established in Sept 2019 as a joint adventure, building out phase 1 (8 houses) in Caerwys, which is now completed.
In addition to this, we also have 6 houses in Bagillt to complete by the end of 2021.
Within this timeframe, we will be looking to start a site of 14 houses in Hope. We are currently Build Partners on these projects for Quatrefoil Homes LTD.
We, Freed Homes LTD, are now looking to take the next step; purchase and develop a site of our own. We are happy to announce that we fulfilled this next step at the end of 2020. WE are currently building out 20 houses in Drury, Flintshire.
